Use Create return in Shipments or choose Return label in the shipping options. Review the reversed addresses, describe the returned contents, and remeasure the packed return before getting a new quote. A return label is a separate purchase; it does not cancel or refund the original shipment.
Open Pickups & drop-off. Where the connected UPS service allows it, request a pickup quote, review its fee and window, and confirm the booking. A label purchase does not book a pickup. A cancellation request does not itself confirm a refund. The location finder shows carrier-returned opening hours and compatibility; check special high-value handoff rules before choosing a location.
A link you create shares delivery status, dates, and scan cities. It does not include recipient names, street addresses, label files, or proof of delivery. Anyone holding the link can view it until you revoke it or its selected expiry arrives.
The shipping options include supported signature requirements, planned dates within the displayed window, eligible UPS packaging, and qualifying Simple Rate packages. Availability depends on the route, package, carrier product and account. Review the current UPS-returned quote; selecting a box or date does not guarantee a discount or delivery time.
For a successful live purchase, ShipCove sends your shipment to the official UPS Shipping API using the platform’s connected UPS account. UPS returns the tracking number and label image that ShipCove makes available to print. ShipCove does not generate a substitute UPS barcode. The label must match your actual package, and UPS shipping rules still apply.
Open Tracking & dispatch for UPS events and delivery estimates, open the external tracking link in Shipments, or enter the number printed on the label directly on UPS.com. Compare it with the tracking number in your ShipCove shipment. UPS provides the carrier’s tracking status. If a number is not recognized or details look wrong, contact support before sending the package; do not buy a second label while the first purchase is unresolved.
Yes. Enter accurate shipment details, get rates, and review the selected service and total before confirming your purchase. Quotes can change, and a changed rate may require a fresh quote. Any displayed savings comparison applies to that quote, not every shipment or every other website. UPS can assess later billing corrections when the shipped package differs from the information provided.
In Shipments, choose Void label and confirm that the label has not been used or handed to UPS. UPS decides whether the void is available. Stop using the label as soon as you request it. A confirmed void returns the original customer label price to shipping credit once. If the result is pending or uncertain, use Check void or contact support; a request alone is not a refund. Separate invoice adjustments remain subject to review.
No. Declared value can increase UPS’s liability limit, subject to its terms, exclusions, and proof requirements; it does not guarantee reimbursement. ShipCove offers declared value on individual labels, not a separate insurance policy. Enter the actual value and keep proof. The form’s $50,000 cap does not override lower carrier limits. Batch labels do not add declared value.
PhotonSells LLC independently operates ShipCove; UPS handles transportation. Customer labels use the platform’s connected UPS account, so you do not need to connect your own account. UPS bills that carrier account, and ShipCove charges your shipping-credit balance the price you confirm. A UPS tracking number verifies shipment status; it is not proof that UPS owns, endorses, or certifies ShipCove.
No. It means UPS has received electronic shipment and billing information. It does not by itself confirm that UPS has the physical package. Check the later UPS scan and movement updates, and keep your pickup or drop-off receipt. Buying a label does not arrange a pickup.
You can download an available label again from Shipments without purchasing it again. A reprint is another copy of the same shipment label, not new postage. Use a separate label for each package, and never reuse a label already shipped or voided. Downloads are blocked when a void is pending or unresolved.
Open Credit & billing, follow the displayed Zelle payment instructions, and submit your payment notice with the requested reference. ShipCove checks that the payment actually arrived before approving credit. A notice or screenshot alone does not fund your balance. Card checkout and automatic bank confirmation are not currently available. Check the recipient details in your account before sending money.
Live shipping requires a verified account, verified deposits totaling at least $20, and owner approval. Funding alone does not approve shipping. Your available balance must also cover the label and any required remaining balance. Default controls keep a $10 balance buffer and allow up to 10 shipping transactions and $250 in combined label and pickup purchases per rolling 24 hours; your account limits may differ. Contact support before funding if you need different limits.
When the offer is available, an eligible new verified customer receives $5 in shipping credit after verified deposits total at least $20. Signing up alone does not add spendable credit. A referrer’s $5 reward also requires the referred customer’s qualifying paid live label, a seven-day review hold, eligible accounts, and owner approval. Use the referral code during registration and disclose your potential reward when sharing it. Full exclusions and conditions apply.
Shipping credit is for purchases through ShipCove and cannot be transferred between customers. Promotional credit has no cash value. Contact support about returning unused deposited funds; requests require review of the payment, account, and outstanding charges, subject to applicable refund rights. A confirmed label void returns shipping credit, not an automatic Zelle payment or bank refund.
Open “Need help creating a label?” to paste an address or shipment details and answer the missing-field questions. The helper prepares a draft for your review and can help request fresh rates. It does not buy a label. Check the sender, recipient, unit number, packed weight, dimensions, residential setting, and declared value yourself before confirming a purchase.
Use saved addresses, recent recipients, and address suggestions to reduce retyping. Suggestions are not a guarantee that an address is deliverable; check apartment or suite numbers and ZIP codes. Orders supports file imports, including supported Amazon and Walmart exports, with a preview to review first. Imports do not buy postage, automatically synchronize a seller account, or send tracking back to a marketplace.
ShipCove currently prepares domestic shipments between supported addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Each label is for one package. The form permits up to 150 lb, a longest side of 108 inches, and 165 inches for length plus girth. Individual UPS services may have lower limits. Orders can be split into separately quoted parcels, each with its own label and tracking number, while unshipped items remain open. International shipping, customs forms, freight, and a single combined UPS multi-piece transaction are not supported.
Weigh the fully packed and sealed package on a scale. Enter its pounds and ounces, and measure its outside length, width, and height in inches, including any bulges. Round each dimension up to a whole inch. UPS applies its billing rules, including dimensional weight when applicable, so a large light box may cost more than its scale weight suggests. Do not reduce measurements just to get a lower quote.
Yes. Choose a 4 × 6 inch thermal PDF or a Letter PDF for a regular printer. The Letter version places the 4 × 6 label on an 8.5 × 11 inch page. Print at Actual size or 100%, keep the whole label legible, and check that the barcode is not clipped or blurred. Changing the PDF format does not purchase another label.
ShipCove currently provides printable labels, not a carrier-issued no-label or mobile drop-off QR service. Download the label and arrange to print it before handing over the package. A tracking barcode or a screenshot is not a substitute for a supported UPS print-at-location QR code.
Check the shipment’s status and use Check recovery when available. If the purchase is processing or uncertain, do not buy another label for the same package: UPS may already have created the first one, and credit can remain reserved while its outcome is checked. Save any tracking number shown and contact support. Only a resolved shipment should be treated as a failed purchase or replaced.
Follow ShipCove’s High-value receipt instructions: print two copies, give the package and one copy to a UPS driver, and keep the other copy signed. This workflow does not support a drop box or retail/Access Point handoff. Required receipt files must be saved before label download becomes available. If recovery fails, contact support before shipping.
UPS can bill corrections for weight, dimensions, addresses, residential delivery, handling, or other shipment details. ShipCove reviews invoice evidence and records any approved customer charge or credit in your balance activity with a reference. An invoice import alone does not charge you. These changes may appear after shipment rather than immediately. Contact support with the shipment and adjustment reference if you believe a correction is wrong.
No. You remain responsible for lawful contents, safe packaging, and all UPS restrictions. Some items are prohibited or require special carrier authorization and handling that ShipCove does not provide. A rate or label does not approve the contents. Check the current UPS guidance before preparing unusual, hazardous, regulated, or high-value goods, and ask support when you are unsure.
Open a support request promptly with the shipment’s tracking number and a description of the problem. Keep the contents, packaging, purchase invoice, photos, and pickup or drop-off records. UPS claims have deadlines and evidence requirements, so do not wait for a routine billing review. A support message starts a ShipCove conversation; it does not itself file or approve a UPS claim or guarantee reimbursement.
Open Support in your account and start or reply to a ticket. Include the relevant shipment, payment, or adjustment reference and explain what happened. Check the conversation in your workspace for a reply; support is asynchronous, not live chat. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-account login details. A support message does not automatically cancel a shipment or change your balance.
